Care at home, from people your parent will come to know by name.
Peaceful Home Care is a small, locally owned agency helping older adults stay in their own homes safely — with help that is built around the person receiving it, not around a schedule.
Care available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Office open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Our promise
One caregiver who knows your family, and an owner you can reach directly.
Choosing care for a parent is hard. Here is what we do to make it easier.
The same caregiver, not a stranger
We schedule so your mother sees a familiar face each visit. Someone who already knows how she takes her tea and which stair gives her trouble.
An owner who answers the phone
This agency is owner-operated. When you call with a question or a change, you reach the person who is accountable for the care — not a call centre.
Care around the clock
A couple of hours a week, full days, overnights, or a live-in caregiver. Care is available 24 hours a day; the office is open weekdays 9am to 5pm.
A free visit before anything begins
We come to the house, meet everyone, look at what is really needed, and write a plan together. No charge, and no obligation to go ahead.
What we do
Six kinds of help, mixed to fit one particular household.

Personal care
Hands-on help with bathing, dressing and moving safely around the house — offered patiently and privately.
What this includes
Companion care
Someone in the house who talks, listens and shares the day — because loneliness wears a person down as much as illness does.
What this includes
Homemaking & meal preparation
A tidy home and a hot, familiar meal — the two things that make a house feel manageable again.
What this includes
Respite care for family caregivers
Cover for a few hours, a weekend or a fortnight, so the family member doing the caring can rest without worrying.
What this includes
24-hour & live-in care
Someone awake or nearby around the clock, for the times when being alone overnight is no longer safe.
What this includes
Memory & dementia care
Calm, familiar, unhurried care for people living with Alzheimer's or another form of dementia.
What this includes

How it starts
Three steps, and the first one is only a conversation.
- 1
You call and tell us what is happening
No forms and no script. Ten minutes on the phone is usually enough for us to say honestly whether we can help.
- 2
We visit the home, free of charge
We meet your parent, walk through the house, and talk about the day as it actually goes — meals, nights, medication, mobility.
- 3
We write the plan and match a caregiver
You approve the schedule and meet the caregiver before care begins. If the match is not right, we change it.
Work with us
We are hiring caregivers who want to stay with the same families.
If you have looked after someone — professionally or in your own family — and you are the kind of person who notices things, we would like to talk to you. Full-time, part-time, weekends, overnights and live-in placements are all available.
